Педагогічний супровід проектної діяльності майбутніх економістів у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

У статті розглянуто сутність методу проектів у педагогічній науці. З’ясовано, що метод проектів є ефективним засобом розвитку критичного та творчого мислення студентів, активізації пізнавальної діяльності, самовиховання, формування смислоутворювальних цілей професійної діяльності завдяки поєднанню теоретичних знань і їхнього практичного застосування у процесі вирішення конкретних проблем. Підкреслено актуальність організації педагогічного супроводу проектної діяльності, здійснено спробу визначення його сутності та з’ясовано основні завдання.

В статье рассмотрена сущность метода проектов в педагогической науке. Выяснено, что метод проектов является эффективным средством развития критического и творческого мышления, активизации познавательной деятельности, самовоспитания, формирования смыслообразующих целей профессиональной деятельности благодаря сочетанию теоретических знаний и их практического применения в процессе решения конкретных проблем. Подчеркнута актуальность организации педагогического сопровождения проектной деятельности студентов, предпринята попытка определения его сущности и выяснены основные задачи.

The essence of a project method in pedagogical science is analysed in the article. The educational potential of a project method has been theoretically proved. The project method is proved to be an effective instrument of development of critical and creative thinking, learning activities, self-education, formation of professional goals through a combination of theoretical knowledge and its practical application in the solution of specific problems. The project method promotes a contextual learning process based on specific objectives. Not only technical and interdisciplinary but also behavioral and methodological competencies are developed, using as a base students’ own experiences. The relevance of the organization of pedagogical support of future economists’ project activities is emphasized, its essence and the main tasks are outlined. The pedagogical support of future economists’ project activities is represented as a holistic system-organized interaction between teacher and students based on the principles of personcentered approach in the development of the project as a product of critical and creative thinking. The tasks of pedagogical support of students’ project activities (analytical, diagnostic, informative, communicative and organizational, evaluative) are considered in the article. The basic tools of pedagogical support of students’ project activities which are make for the success of a competence-based training. Academic tutoring provides a safe, positive and productive educational environment. Tutors should help students to reflect on their skills and experience, to identify goals for development, to solve learning problems. The role of tutor also includes maintaining a supportive and encouraging relationship with students, organization of students’ project activities, consultancy and evaluation. The realization of pedagogical support of students’ project activities is aimed at the development of cognitive interests’ characteristics; skill formation within economic sciences.
