| Abstract: | Вперше розроблено оптимальний склад і технологію сиропу "Прополіс-ЛМ" на основі прополісу, меду, кислоти бурштинової та сорбіту. Визначені фізико-хімічні властивості розведень водної витяжки прополісу і розроблено блок-схему технологічного процесу досліджуваного препарату. The optimal composition and formulation of Propolis-LM syrup has been developed for the first time on the basis of propolis, honey, succinic acid and sorbit. The physical and chemical properties of dilutions of propolis water extracts have been determined and the scheme of technological process of the medicine studied has been developed. |
