Complex pharmacognostic research of leaves and cones of agrarian Hop (Humulus lupulus L.) and its four sorts was carried out for the first time. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of different groups of biological active substances of Humulus lupulus L. plant raw material and lipophilic fractions from different organs have been studied. From Humulus lupulus L. 38 individual phenolic compounds were isolated, including 15 common compounds for leaves and cones. Basing on physical-chemical properties of compounds, products of their chemical conversions, UV-, IR-, NMR-spectroscopy data and comparing with reliable samples next compounds were identified: 4 hydroxycinnamic acids (n-coumaric, caffeic, chlorogenic, neohlorogenic), 4 coumarins (coumarin, scopoletin, aesculetin, umbelliferone), 15 flavonoids (dihydroquercetin, apigenin, luteolin, myricetin, kaempferol, quercetin, rutin, yuglanin, lespedin, astragalin, trifolin, qvercitrin, 3,7-diglucoside of quercetin, chrysin, hyperoside). Of these compounds coumarins – scopoletin, umbelliferone, aesculetin, flavonoids – myricetin, apigenin, dihydroquercetin, yuglanin, qvercitrin, lespedin were isolated from the leaves of hops for the first time, and flavonoid chrysin is the new compound for Humulus genus. The complex technology of obtaining of dry extracts from the leaves and cones of Humulus lupulus L. has been developed. On the base of pharmacological research it has been established that extracts possess anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and reparative activities. The drafts of quality-control technology were developed on “The leaves of Humuli lupuli L.”, “The strobile of Humuli lupuli L.”, “The dry extract from leaves of Humuli lupuli L.”, “The dry extract from cones of Humuli lupuli L.”.
