Вивчення впливу керамідів на протизапальну здатність глюкокортикостероїдів

Abstract

Наведено результати експериментального дослідження впливу керамідів на вираженість протизапальних властивостей глюкокортикостероїдів: мометазону фуроат, бетаметазону дипропіонат, метил-преднізолону ацепонат. Вивчення виразності протизапальної дії комбінації керамідів з глюкокорти-костероїдами було проведено в умовах гострого запалення у щурів. Проведені дослідження показали, що нові композиції кремів з різними ГКС та керамідами володіють протизапальними властивостями та здатні пригнічувати активність медіаторів запалення в умовах розвитку запального процесу. На моделях декстранового та аеросильного набряків встановлено, що введення до складу препарату керамідів не знижує протизапальну ефективність глюкокортикостероїдів, оскільки ефективність однокомпонентних кремів з глюкокортикостероїдами та комбінованих кремів з глюкокортикостероїдами та керамідами достовірно не відрізняється.

This article presents the results of the experimental research of the influence of ceramids on the expression of anti-inflammatory properties of glucocorticosteroids such as mometazon furoate, betamethasone dipropion-ate, methylprednisolon aceponate. The study of expression of the anti-inflammatory effect of ceramids in combination with glucocorticosteroids was conducted in conditions of the acute inflammation in rats. The research conducted have shown that the new compositions of creams with various glucocorticosteroids and ceramids possess the anti-inflammatory properties and can inhibit the activity of inflammation mediators in the inflammatory process development. It has been revealed on the models of dextran and aerosil edemas that introduction of ceramids into the medicine does not reduce the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory effect of corticosteroids since the effectiveness of one-component creams with glucocorticosteroids and combined creams with glucocorticosteroids and ceramids do not significantly differ.
