Abstract: The qualification work is devoted to the study of quality parameters and antioxidant activity of burdock dietary supplements. The studied dietary supplements with greater burdock (“Burdock” produced by “Danikafarm”, “Burdock” produced by “Vіola” and “Burdock Root” produced by “Vitaline”) correspond to some technological parameters (mass homogeneity and disintegration). A study was made of the qualitative and quantitative composition of biologically active substances in dietary supplements. The antioxidant activity of dietary supplements with burdock in the form of tablets (Burdock by Danikafarm, Burdock by Viola and Burdock Root by Vitaline) has been established.
