| Abstract: | The research examines problems related to the quality of service in the field
of pharmacy activity. The influence of the level of service on the financial
performance of pharmacies in competitive conditions is studied. Service standards
used in pharmacy enterprises were also analyzed. The qualification work consists of
43 pages of text, includes 2 figures, 12 tables and contains a list of references from
30 sources. У дослідженні розглянуто проблеми, пов'язані з якістю обслуговування у сфері аптечної діяльності. Вивчено вплив рівня обслуговування на фінансові показники аптечних закладів у умовах конкурентної боротьби. Також проаналізовано стандарти обслуговування, що застосовуються в аптечних підприємствах. Кваліфікаційна робота складається з 43 сторінок тексту, включає 2 рисунки, 12 таблиць та містить список літератури із 30 джерел. |
