Abstract: Honey is a natural bee product with a rich history of use. Honey was valued for its medicinal properties and was used to treat chronic diseases, wounds, soothe a sore throat, and alleviate various ailments. As the demand for honey continues to grow, advances in dehydration technology will play a significant role in ensuring product quality and sustainability in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.
